As noted in the code-by-field intro, context is missing by going straight to an application example, but one can always start from the code’s beginning to gain it. As examples are highly simplified, there might be a tendency to think that is all there is to them. But as the endless variety of the built world’s 3D rectilinearity beyond the simple cube shows, this is certainly not the case.

Architectural classifications are residential, commercial, civic, institutional, industrial, agricultural, transportation, religious, and landscape. Inevitably, some structures may straddle these, e.g., a restaurant concept might fall into residential and commercial categories.
